Shipping policy
Every JACA piece is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected leather and materials, making each item uniquely yours.
Processing Times
- In-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Made-to-order items require approximately 5–7 business days for production before shipment.
- During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
JACA Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, JACA Creations cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist in filing a claim whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and product immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at info@jacacreations.com with your order number and photos.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order for shipping availability and rates.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
